Joyce Kwok

Joyce Kwok has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Joyce currently works at Cathay Pacific as the Head of Global Trade Partnerships starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at American Airlines from 2019 to 2023, where they held the positions of Regional Corporate & New Business Manager, APAC, and Manager, Inside Sales & New Business - APAC. Before American Airlines, Joyce worked at Delta Air Lines from 2013 to 2018 as the Business Development Manager for both the agency and corporate sectors. Joyce also worked at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Specialist in the Global Sales department from 2011 to 2013. Joyce's work experience began with an internship/role program at Hong Kong Disneyland from 2008 to 2009.

Joyce Kwok has a Bsc (Hons) degree in Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Hotel and Tourism Management. Joyce also holds a certification in Outbound Tour Escort from the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.
