Lance Kwong

Lance Kwong has a diverse work experience in the aviation and management industry. Lance started their career at John Swire & Sons HK as a Management Trainee from 2009 to 2012. Lance then joined Cathay Pacific Airways, where they held various roles such as Personnel Officer, Assistant to Senior VP Americas, Assistant Manager Revenue Planning, Online Sales & Development Manager, Marketing & Sales Manager in the Pearl River Delta, Airport Projects Manager, and Country Manager in Vietnam and Cambodia. Lance worked at Cathay Pacific Airways from 2009 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Asia Miles as the Chief Commercial Officer. Currently, Lance Kwong is working at Cathay Pacific Airways as the Head of Revenue Management Operations since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Financial Services and Lifestyle Partnership at Cathay Pacific Airways from May 2020 to August 2021.

Lance Kwong pursued their Bachelor of Social Science (BSSc.) degree in Psychology from 2004 to 2009 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
