Michelle To has extensive experience in the airline and education sectors, currently serving as Cabin Crew Service Excellence Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways since January 2003. Michelle's professional background includes roles such as Assistant Learning Manager for ISM & Leadership, Flight Purser, Learning and Development Executive, and Course Team Leader. In addition to airline operations, Michelle has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University SCE and HKU SPACE since 2018, and a Recognised Lecturer at The University of Hull since 2018, specializing in human resources training, business, and management development. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Management, People & Performance from Macquarie University and has completed various educational qualifications, including postgraduate studies in adult training and a professional diploma in human resources.
