Naresh Sharma

Naresh Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management, currently serving as the Head of IT Risk and Cybersecurity at Cathay Pacific Airways since October 2013. In this role, Naresh establishes security policies and governance practices while chairing committees to mitigate risks. Previously, Naresh held various leadership positions, including IT Programme Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways, where strategic cybersecurity initiatives were spearheaded, and Deputy Head of Asia Transition Execution at CSC, managing significant IT transitions. With a career spanning over two decades, Naresh has also worked at Aspect Software, HP, Procter and Gamble, and Infoton Systems and Services, managing projects and customer satisfaction. Naresh holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management and has completed advanced programs in Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation from Columbia University and INSEAD, respectively.
