Scotty Chung

Scotty Chung has a diverse work experience in the banking and telecom industry. Scotty most recently worked at Cathay United Bank as the Head of the International Credit Risk Management Department, where they managed credit decisions for corporate banking proposals and collaborated with business units to ensure the bank's lending position. Prior to their role as Head, they were the Deputy Head and Section Head of the same department, where they also served as a committee member for evaluating credit risk and managing the department. Before joining Cathay United Bank, Scotty worked at Citi as a Vice President, managing relationships with corporate banking clients. Scotty also worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Credit Risk Manager, overseeing credit risk governance and portfolio management. Scotty began their career as a Financial Analyst at FarEasTone Telecom and later worked as an Account Officer at 上海商業銀行, where they developed new customers and provided financial advice.

Scotty Chung received a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Studies from the University of Glasgow in 2006. Scotty then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2007.
