Emily Lara

Emily Lara is currently a Constituent Services Representative at the Office of U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Judicial Services Specialist at the Oregon Department of Justice and the Marion County Circuit Court. Emily has also served as an Immigration Paralegal at Catholic Charities of Oregon, where Emily assisted clients facing challenging circumstances. In addition, Emily has experience as a Team Leader at Bon Appétit Management Company, a Spanish Teacher Assistant at George Fox University, and in various other supportive roles at different organizations. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Criminal Justice and French from George Fox University.
