Lisa Wu Chio is a DOJ Accredited Representative at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, providing trauma-informed legal services to unaccompanied non-citizen children. Previous experience includes serving as a Paralegal-Migration Counselor within the Unaccompanied Children's Program and working as an intern at Human Rights First and the International Rescue Committee, where skills in case management, legal support, and translation services were developed. Lisa has also contributed to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, drafting reports on human rights violations, and has legal experience with Esguerra Asesores Jurídicos and Automotores Toyota Colombia. An Assistant Professor at Universidad del Rosario, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a minor in Human Rights from the same institution.
