Lillian Dittrick

Lillian Dittrick, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as President of the Population Health Services Organization at MercyOne, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading and implementing population health strategies for value-based care delivery. Prior to this, Lillian was Vice President of Payer Strategy at MercyOne, focusing on payer contracting and compliance. Lillian's previous roles include serving at Optum as part of Optum Advisory Services, where strategies for provider-focused solutions were developed, and at Henry Ford Health System's Health Alliance Plan as Vice President of Healthcare Analytics and Chief Actuary, leading actuarial and financial analysis. Additional experience includes positions at Highmark Health, UnityPoint Health, UnitedHealthcare, and Wellmark BCBS, spanning various leadership roles in analytics, actuarial services, and population health management. Lillian holds a degree in Actuarial Science from Drake University, completed between 1986 and 1989.
