Wendy Ralston

Wendy Ralston is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as HR Services and Operations Manager and Culture and Capability Manager at CatholicCare Diocese Of Broken Bay since July 2018. Wendy has successfully led teams in talent management, recruitment, and learning and development initiatives while previously holding roles such as Capability and Development Business Partner and Learning and Development Officer. Prior to this, Wendy worked as a Contractor at Inspire Education Pty Ltd, a Training Officer at Australian Red Cross, and as a Store Manager at Coles.
