Faith Alaribe

Faith Alaribe, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Faith is currently the Associate Director of Program Marketing at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Prior to this, Faith worked as an Independent Consultant at Grow with Faith. Faith also served as the Interim Director of Recruitment (Consultant) at COOP. Faith's previous experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Recruitment & Community Partnerships and Recruitment Manager at Year Up, Diversity Coordinator at Perkins Coie LLP, and various positions at The New School, The Posse Foundation, Wayfinder Family Services, and Human Potential Consultants, LLC.

Faith Alaribe, M.S. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Tennessee State University in 2007. In 2006, they took part in a study abroad program at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on social sciences. In 2011, Faith attended The New School and earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Change Management. Faith also participated in the Democracy & Diversity Institute at the University of Johannesburg in 2013. Additionally, Faith received certification in Grant Writing & Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills.
