Mary Anzilotti

Mary Anzilotti's work experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where they lead teams in providing immediate access and basic needs services to over 375,000 individuals annually. Mary is responsible for designing efficient and effective programs to ensure people are fed, housed, and their emergent needs are met. Prior to this role, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Stanton Blackwell, a management consulting firm specializing in various business support functions. Mary has also worked as an Accreditation Surveyor at CARF International, where they evaluated behavioral health organizations for adherence to national standards and provided recommendations for improvement. Additionally, they held multiple roles at Thresholds, including Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President of Quality and Evaluation, and Case Manager to Area Director. In these roles, they coordinated with various aspects of the organization to promote workplace safety, quality patient care, and compliance with laws and regulatory standards. Mary also managed trainers and facilitated training efforts. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Life and Financial Service Agent at Farmers Insurance.
