Kerri Murphy

Kerri Murphy, MS, CGC, is a Certified Genetic Counselor currently working at Catholic Health, where responsibilities include providing genetic counseling for cancer, prenatal, pediatric, and cardiac cases, along with managing genetic testing and maintaining referral databases. Kerri also serves as a Preconception Genetic Counselor and Laboratory Genetics Coordinator at RMA of New York - Long Island, delivering genetic counseling and overseeing laboratory operations. Kerri's extensive experience includes internships in various genetic counseling settings, covering pediatric, oncology, and prenatal genetic counseling, with skills in literature review, case preparation, and psychosocial assessment. Kerri holds a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Marist University.
