Theresa Rosenthal has over 40 years of work experience in various healthcare organizations. theresa began their career as a Staff Nurse at St. Barnabas Hospital in 1974 and later worked as an Intensive Care Nurse at Overlook Hospital. In 1978, they became a Unit Manager at St. Barnabas Hospital. From there, they held positions such as Nursing Supervisor-Quality Assurance at Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, Assistant Director of Nursing at Parker Jewish Geriatric Institute, and Assistant Director of Nursing at Port Jefferson Healthcare Facility. In 1995, they joined Lutheran Center for the Aging as the Director of Staff Development and later became the Director of Nursing. In 2004, they moved to Our Lady of Consolation as the Vice President of Nursing Services and then to Catholic Health Services of Long Island as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Our Lady of Consolation. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Catholic Health Services, overseeing a 450 bed Skilled Nursing Facility and responsible for regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and financial oversight. Theresa has extensive experience with CMS/DOH and Joint Commission regulations and has a track record of positive survey outcomes.
Theresa Rosenthal has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration from St Joseph's College. theresa also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the same institution. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Ocean County College in New Jersey.
