Komal Shruti

Komal Shruti has a diverse and extensive work experience. Komal started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they focused on ethical issues in computational modeling and simulation. Komal then had an Operations Engineering internship at Apple before joining Ernst & Young Advisory as an Associate in IT Risk.

After their time at Ernst & Young, Komal joined IBM, where they held various roles in the Asia-Pacific region. Komal worked as a Technical Sales Specialist, providing technical expertise on UNIX systems and supporting major customer Proof of Concepts. Komal also worked as a Channels and Alliances Manager and a Unified Endpoint Management - Channel Sales representative.

Following their tenure at IBM, Komal joined LogRhythm as the Manager of the Sales Development Team for the APJ region. Komal then worked at SEC Consult Singapore as the Business Development and Sales representative for the APAC region.

Komal'snext role was at Check Point Software Technologies, where they served as a Strategic Alliances Manager. From there, they moved on to Amazon as a Partner Development representative for Amazon Web Services and later became the Channel Activation Manager for the APJ region.

Most recently, Komal was employed by Cato Networks as the Channel Lead for Asia and later promoted to the role of Director of Channels for the APAC region.

Overall, Komal Shruti has gained extensive experience in different aspects of sales, channels, alliances, and business development in the technology industry, working for both large multinational companies and start-ups.

Komal Shruti earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore in the period of 2006-2010. Komal then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Information Systems at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Komal has obtained certifications in various fields including Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, Check Point INFINITY Architecture Specialist from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in 2019, and Novell Certified Linux Administrator from Novell in 2014.
