Levan Mosakhlishvili

Levan Mosakhlishvili, PhD, holds a prominent role as a member of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia since August 2022 and has served as Deputy Director and Legal Director at the Georgian Energy Development Fund since July 2013. With extensive experience in education, Levan is an Associate Professor and Head of BA, MA, and PhD Programs at Caucasus University, School of Law, and also serves as an Accreditation Expert at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Previous positions include Board Member at the Georgian Solar Company and QARTLI WIND FARM LLC, Head of the Legal Department at Georgian Industrial Group, and Central Branch Manager at LP Kordzadze Law Office. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Energy Management and a Juris Doctor from Georgian Technical University, as well as an LLM from Tbilisi State University.
