Rebecca Burton is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Caudwell Marine since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of HR Director and Head of HR at Bladon Micro Turbine from February 2022 to September 2024.
