James Perkins-Stafford

James Perkins-Stafford has extensive experience in people and culture roles, currently serving as the Associate Director at Caulfield Grammar School since April 2018, with previous positions including Acting Director, People & Culture and People & Culture Operations Manager. Prior to this, James worked as a People and Culture Business Partner at Racing Victoria and as a Human Development Consultant at Golder Associates. Additional experience includes human resources contract work across multiple organizations. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with double majors in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Monash University, completed in November 2007.
