David Sparks has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. David is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent at Causaly, an AI-based platform that provides deep searches and evidence for research questions. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition - EMEA at GLG, a professional learning platform, and as the Head of Talent Acquisition - EMEA & APAC at Gartner. David also held roles as a Recruitment Director at Taylor Brown Recruitment and as a Staffing Specialist at BearingPoint. David began their career as a Consultant at Mortimer Spinks, Elan Computing, and Computer Futures.
