Esther Alix

Esther Alix is currently the Director of Philanthropic Engagement at Cause Effective, responsible for creating and implementing strategic development plans to increase funding. Prior to this, Esther worked as an Independent Consultant at Esther Alix Consulting, providing strategy and implementation for nonprofit organizations. Esther's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Development at Sadie Nash Leadership Project and Development Manager at Urban Resource Institute. Esther also has a background in individual giving management at various organizations like Brooklyn Botanic Garden, New Destiny Housing Corporation, and Weeksville Heritage Center. Esther's educational background includes a BA in Philosophy/Chemistry from Hunter College.
