Erin L. Pierson

Erin L. Pierson has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Erin L. started their career as a Communications Intern at Creative Time in 2009. Erin L. then worked as a Development Associate at SculptureCenter from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Inclusiv as a Special Projects Coordinator. From 2013 to 2017, Erin worked at CECP as an Associate in Internal Operations. In 2018, they joined the City of Jersey City as an Events and Programming Specialist in the Office of Cultural Affairs. In the same year, they also worked as a Consultant at the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute. Furthermore, Erin served as a Graduate Fellow at Cause Strategy Partners from May to August 2018. Erin L. later became a Consultant for BoardLead in September 2018. In June 2019, Erin was promoted to the role of Director of Strategic Growth at Cause Strategy Partners. Erin L. provided nonprofit and corporate consulting on governance, skills-based volunteering, and general CSR strategy.

Erin L. Pierson has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Social Innovation, Impact and Investment from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Erin L. also holds a BA degree in Art and Art History, Philosophy from Colgate University. In addition, they have received certification as a BoardLearn Certified professional from Cause Strategy Partners. Erin L. Pierson has also completed coursework in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at NYU School of Professional Studies.
