Jan Griesbach

Jan Griesbach serves as the Managing Partner at Reckers & Griesbach, an Executive Search & Interim Management Consultancy, since August 2020, specializing in leadership position placements for small- and mid-sized companies. In addition, Jan co-founded PulseHR GmbH in July 2023, and serves as an HR Advisor for ORA drive GmbH and a Limited Partner at Cavalry Ventures, both since early 2023 and June 2021, respectively. Jan's previous experience includes leadership roles at SpenglerFox, where duties encompassed Head of Interim Management and Regional Consultant DACH, alongside positions at BMW Group and Sixt SE, which included Senior Sales Executive and Fleet Manager BMW. Early career experience includes event management and service roles at Waldhotel Kelkheim and Malteser International.
