Deborah Leahy

Deborah Leahy has over two decades of experience in public administration, currently serving as a Senior Staff Officer in the Community & Enterprise Section at Cavan County Council since January 2002. Previous roles at this organization include Staff Officer, Assistant Staff Officer, and Acting Town Clerk. Prior to this, Deborah worked at FBD Insurance from March 1998 to January 2002, focusing on administration and Quality Financial Advice (QFA) in FBD Life & Pensions. Deborah Leahy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) honours degree in Public Management from the Institute of Public Administration, which is accredited to University College Dublin (UCD).
