From November 2016 to October 2018, they served as the Executive Vice President at Pureous Products, LLC, specializing in environmental solutions. Larry also held the role of Senior Vice President at Northern Tool + Equipment from September 2015 to September 2016. Before that, they worked as Senior Vice President of Stores at Sheplers Inc, acquired by Boot Barn, where they led store operations for a national chain. Larry's earlier experience includes serving as a District Manager at The Home Depot and Director of Retail Operations at Recollections/Michael's Inc. Larry also held various roles at Mervyns, including District Manager, Store Manager, Field Operations Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.
