Austin Murnaghan

Austin Murnaghan is a Junior Process Engineer at Cavendish Farms, where optimization of equipment and processes in food manufacturing is a primary responsibility. Previously, Austin served as Packaging Supervisor, overseeing a crew of up to 60 employees and monitoring safety, quality, and production key performance indicators. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Prince Edward Island, Austin supervised students in labs focused on sustainability-oriented engineering projects. Additionally, Austin worked as a Student Analyst at Employment and Social Development Canada, conducting analyses and troubleshooting database issues. Austin holds a BSc in Sustainable Design Engineering with a focus on Bioresources from the University of Prince Edward Island.
