Susanna Hietanen

Susanna Hietanen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles within the marketing and communications sector. Currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at Caverion since August 2015, Susanna has progressed through multiple positions including Communications Manager for Group Marketing & Communications and Communications Specialist in both Marketing & Communications and Investor Relations. Prior to Caverion, Susanna completed a Master's thesis project at HOK-Elanto and gained practical experience as a trainee at KONE. Previous roles also include Communications Officer at Rautaruukki Oyj, Teacher at Valmennuskeskus, Chief Communication Officer (substitute) for the City of Lahti, and Communications Trainee with the Finnish Border Guard. Susanna holds a Master of Science in Management from Aalto University and a Master of Science in Communication from the University of Helsinki.
