Janarthanan V

Janarthanan V started their work experience as an HR Generalist at Rane TRW Steering Systems Limited in April 2008 and worked there until March 2011. Janarthanan then joined WABCO INDIA LIMITED as an Assistant Manager HR in April 2011 and remained in the role until May 2016. Following that, they joined CavinKare in May 2016 as a Human Resource Business Partner, where they are currently employed.

Janarthanan V began their education at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School in Dindigul from 1996 to 2003, where they completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences. Janarthanan then enrolled at St. Joseph's College in Tiruchirappalli from 2003 to 2006 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Physics. Following this, they attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Diploma in Labour Law and Administration Law. Janarthanan then returned to St. Joseph's College in Tiruchirappalli and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2006 to 2008. Later, in 2012 to 2013, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur for a Post Graduation Course in Human Resource Management.
