Rajah Augustinraj has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rajah is currently the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at CavinKare, where they focus on driving portfolio growth and leading strategic transformation efforts. Prior to this, Rajah worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as the Director for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, where they managed a 150-person team and focused on P&L management, digital-first business build, new market entry, and transformation delivery. Before BCG, Rajah was the Operations Leader at CH2M HILL, where they managed a $4 billion project to upgrade Chicago's drinking water infrastructure and served as the Operations Leader for the client-facing team. Rajah also worked at AECOM as a Project Manager, where they delivered water-system projects including feasibility studies, detailed designs, and pilot studies for drinking water infrastructure.

Rajah Augustinraj's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. During their time at Kellogg, Rajah specialized in management and strategy, finance, and international business.

Prior to their M.B.A., Rajah pursued a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (MSEE) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2000 to 2002. Their field of study encompassed environmental engineering and environmental sciences.

Before their postgraduate studies, Rajah acquired a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from PSG College of Technology, where they majored in civil engineering. Rajah completed their undergraduate program from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rajah also holds professional certifications as a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). Rajah earned this designation from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in September 2009 and from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection in October 2005.
