Sivaraj TP has over 25 years of work experience in the field of procurement and materials management. Currently, they are serving as the Head - Corporate Strategic Purchase at CavinKare since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd for 14 years, where they progressed from Assistant Manager to Deputy General Manager - Strategic Sourcing. Before Godrej, they held the role of Assistant Manager - Materials at EID PARRY (INDIA) LTD from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Executive - Materials at SUZLON ENERGY LTD from 2003 to 2004. Sivaraj's earliest work experience was at Nilkamal Ltd., where they worked for 8 years as a Senior Officer - Materials.

Sivaraj TP started their education at HS. Kattukulam in Palakkad, Kerala in 1987, where they completed their HSC. sivaraj then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry at Victoria College in Palakkad from 1987 to 1993. Following that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Material Management from M.K. University from 1998 to 2000. Later on, Sivaraj TP pursued an Executive MBA in Operation Management at IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management from 2007 to 2009.
