McCaul Baggett

McCaul Baggett has diverse work experience in various roles related to agile and project management. McCaul is currently working as the Chief Agile Officer at CAVU since April 2023. Prior to this, McCaul worked at Scrum Inc. as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant from March 2018 to April 2023. McCaul was also a Senior Consultant at Excella from February 2017 to March 2018, where they served as a servant leader and coach for a Scrum team on a federal contract.

Before that, McCaul worked as a Scrum Master at NPR from December 2013 to February 2017. McCaul briefly worked as a contractor Scrum Master at NPR via TrueTandem in 2013. McCaul also gained experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Experient from September 2012 to August 2013.

McCaul'sprevious roles include serving as a Scrum Master and QA Manager at the Air Force via Hickory Ground Solutions, LLC from September 2011 to September 2012. McCaul also worked as a Help Desk Coordinator at the Social Security Administration via Apptis from December 2009 to September 2011, where they introduced agile concepts to improve communication and response time.

Additionally, McCaul has experience as a Sales Manager at McClure's Pickles from October 2008 to September 2009, and as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at The Cypress Group from November 2006 to August 2008, focusing on recruiting java and .net developers and engineers in the New York Metropolitan area.

McCaul Baggett attended Towson University from an unknown start year to 2005. McCaul obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from this institution. Prior to attending university, they also attended Towson High School, although no specific dates were provided. Additionally, McCaul Baggett has obtained various certifications from Agile Education by Scrum Inc.
