Erik Alves

Erik Alves has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Huawei Technologies as an Analyst Telecommunication, where they implemented 3G technology in Brazil for TIM/SA. Their role included configuring services, troubleshooting, interfacing with clients, managing active sites, and migrating sites and routes. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Cobli as a Senior Business Analyst, Team Leader of Technical Support, Analyst of Technical Support, Trainee of Technical Support, and Intern of Technical Support. Currently, they are a Pleno Operations Analyst at Cayena.

Erik Alves completed a Bachelor's degree in analysis and systems development at UNIBTA - Centro Universitário from 2017 to 2020.
