Vinícius Santos Silva

Vinícius Santos Silva has worked in various roles since 2013. Starting at CrDiementz as an Analista de E-commerce and Analista de Suporte de TI, they then moved to Neogrid in 2017 as a Líder de Data Quality and Analista de Data Quality. In 2019 they joined PipeRun CRM de Vendas as a Product Owner - Coordenador de Produto and in 2020 they worked as a Product Owner at Meta. In 2021 they took on the role of Head de Produtos and Senior Product Manager at Vortigo Digital, and in 2022 they are currently a Senior Product Manager at Cayena and a Mentor de Produto at Awari.

Vinícius Santos Silva has a diverse educational background. Vinícius completed a Formação Profissional in Product Management at Cursos PM3 in 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Gestão Comercial degree from UNIFAEL in Tecnologia em Gestão Comercial. Vinícius also obtained a Técnico em TI degree from ETEP in Tecnologia da Informação from 2012 to 2014. Vinícius has also obtained several certifications, including a Design System Specialist from Meiuca in 2022, a PSPO - Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in 2020, a Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from Product School in 2020, and a CLF, Certified Lean Inception Facilitator from Caroli.org in 2020.
