Guilherme Garcia is a seasoned Data & Analytics Manager with extensive experience in leading Big Data and Machine Learning projects across various organizations. Currently at Caylent since October 2022, Guilherme has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while utilizing AWS technologies such as Sagemaker and Bedrock. Prior roles include managing data lake implementations and machine learning algorithms at Rocket.Chat, mentoring data scientists at Awari, and leading data science initiatives at American Tower do Brasil and Itaú Unibanco. Guilherme holds an MBA in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Nove de Julho.
