Mahmoud Jallaq

Mahmoud Jallaq has a range of experience in the field of software engineering and management. Mahmoud started their career at MAPSYS Inc. in 2012 as a Lead Developer, where they built a team and focused on designing hybrid mobile applications. Mahmoud contributed to an increase in project attainment rate and generated new industry partnerships within the real estate sector.

In 2017, Mahmoud joined Avanade as a Senior Consultant. Mahmoud built a strong engineering team and supported all phases of the project lifecycle. Mahmoud also spearheaded product deployment and project management for NGP Proxy Services, successfully implementing a 24*7 operating model and saving the client billions of dollars in compliance fines.

Most recently, Mahmoud joined Caylent in 2023 as an Engineering Manager. Mahmoud'srole focuses on managing the delivery of large, complex projects and collaborating with clients to manage project scope and risks.

Throughout their career, Mahmoud has demonstrated strong leadership skills, delivered successful projects, and optimized functionality and operations for their clients.

Mahmoud Jallaq completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer System Engineering from Palestine Polytechnic University. Mahmoud attended the university from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Mahmoud has also obtained several certifications. Mahmoud is a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002), which they received in March 2023. Mahmoud also has certifications from Microsoft, including Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, both obtained in July 2019.
