Mateo Solivella

Mateo Solivella has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mateo currently works as a Senior Talent Recruiter at Caylent since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at PwC Argentina from April 2022 to June 2023. Mateo also worked at HSBC as an R&O Talent Intern, where they supported the recruitment process and handled open vacancies from October 2021 to April 2022.

In 2020, Mateo held two roles at MetroGAS, starting as a Pasante de Administración de RRHH y Nómina from January 2021 to July 2021. Mateo then transitioned to the role of Pasante de Desarrollo, Empleo y Formación from February 2020 to January 2021. Prior to these positions, Mateo gained international work experience as a Busser at Larkspur Restaurant and as a Sales Associate at O’Bos Enterprises, both from December 2018 to March 2019, during a Work and Travel program.

Lastly, in 2017, Mateo worked as an Asistente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Mediapro from September 2017 to December 2018.

Mateo Solivella completed a Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources) from UADE from 2017 to 2022. In addition, they obtained a certification from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in February 2021 for the course "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles."
