Erik Guetschow

Erik Guetschow is a highly experienced professional in analytical chemistry with a strong background in leading analytical development teams. Currently serving as Manager of Analytical Chemistry and Analytical Services at Cayman Chemical since August 2021, Erik previously held the position of Associate Principal Scientist at Merck from April 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading large analytical development teams and overseeing the professional development of analytical scientists. Erik's earlier roles included Senior Scientist at Merck, Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Kalamazoo College, with a focus on developing innovative analytical methods and assays. Erik holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College.
