Rich Kane

Rich Kane, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Cayuga Milk Ingredients, LLC, where responsibilities include establishing the company's first professional HR department. Previously, Rich held positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Knorr-Bremse Rail Vehicle Systems, where Rich led HR operations post-merger and expanded workforce capabilities significantly. Rich has also served as Vice President of HR and Organizational Development at Anoplate Corporation, Human Resources Business Partner at The Bonadio Group, and held various HR roles at HMSHost and Wegmans Food Markets. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Oswego and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-SCP.
