Jennifer Muela

Jennifer Muela has over a decade of experience in various roles within customer service and operations. Currently serving as Service Support at Citizens Business Bank since July 2013, Jennifer has also worked as an Independent Consultant for Paparazzi Accessories from November 2017 to January 2024. Prior to these positions, Jennifer held multiple roles at SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management from September 2007 to June 2017, including Facility Security, Guest Relations, and Event Intern, which involved collaborating with the event and operations staff. Additional experience includes working as a Bank Teller at BBVA Compass from December 2008 to March 2013, and serving as Shift Supervisor at Shoe Pavilion and Assistant Manager at Payless ShoeSource earlier in the career. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Sacramento in 2007.
