Rich Heisen's work experience begins in 1999 at Wells Fargo, where they held several roles over the years. Rich started as a Business Deposit Consultant, focusing on business account deposit acquisition and sales to small and medium-sized businesses in the Los Angeles market. Rich then became the VP & Area Manager of the Business Banking Group, overseeing 15 business development officers and managing deposit acquisition activities in the Greater Los Angeles market. In 2005, they became the Regional Banking Manager-SVP, responsible for business development and retention strategies for small to medium-sized businesses in the Greater Los Angeles market. Rich left Wells Fargo in 2012 and joined Citizens Business Bank as Vice President and Business Center Manager, overseeing an office that managed over $100 million in commercial loans/lines of credit.

Rich Heisen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Cal State Fullerton College of Business and Economics from 1984 to 1989. Rich later pursued a Graduate Banking Degree-PCBS at the University of Washington between 2007 and 2009, focusing on the field of Banking.
