With a background in talent management, diversity, and inclusion, Shannon's experience includes leading high-volume recruitment efforts, developing employer branding strategies, and implementing process improvements. Shannon has a Bachelor's degree in Middle East Studies from The George Washington University and has certificates in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and Project Management Fundamentals from the University of Utah.
