Nichelle Dekeyzer

Nichelle Dekeyzer, Ed.D has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and people management. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at CB Insights since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at R-Zero from February 2022 until September 2022. At R-Zero, they were also the Senior Vice President, People from September 2021 until February 2022.

Before joining R-Zero, Dekeyzer worked at Clearlink from February 2015 to September 2021. During their time at Clearlink, they held multiple positions, including Senior Vice President, People from February 2019 to September 2021, Vice President of Sales from February 2018 to January 2019, and Senior Director of Workforce and Recruiting from February 2015 to January 2018.

Prior to Clearlink, Dekeyzer gained experience at E*TRADE Financial, where they worked as a Sr. Forecasting Analyst from July 2012 to July 2014 and as a Real-Time Analyst and Workforce Management Specialist from July 2009 to May 2011.

Dekeyzer's early career included a financial analyst internship at ON Semiconductor from May 2007 to July 2009.

Nichelle Dekeyzer, Ed.D has a strong educational background with a focus on organizational change and leadership. Nichelle obtained their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree from the University of Southern California in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's of Professional Studies degree in Political Management from The George Washington University from 2011 to 2013. Nichelle completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Economic Development from Idaho State University in 2009. These educational experiences have equipped their with a diverse set of skills and knowledge in various fields, making their well-prepared for their professional endeavors.
