John Williams

John Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and property development sectors. Since March 2015, John has served as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Premier Group, specializing in residential property sales. In addition to this role, John is the Business Owner of Williams Property Development, LLC, focusing on the renovation of residential properties for single families and investors, as well as managing single-family rental properties. Prior to these ventures, John worked as a Transportation Manager at General Mills from May 1989 to February 2015. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Commerce from Fontbonne University, which was completed between 2001 and 2003.
