Jennifer Theise

Jennifer Theise has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jennifer started their career in 2004 as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they gained valuable skills in management. In 2007, they joined Careerbuilder as an Enterprise Account Manager, responsible for managing and supporting clients in the automotive and healthcare industries. Jennifer excelled in this role and was promoted to the position of Enterprise Senior Account Manager, where they managed Fortune 500 clients and mentored junior account managers.

In 2011, Jennifer transitioned to Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions as a Clinical/Nonclinical Healthcare Talent Strategist. Jennifer worked on talent research, branding, and human capital consulting for the healthcare industry. In 2013, they moved to CareerBuilder.com as an Enterprise Corporate Account Manager, assisting with business development and revenue growth within enterprise accounts. Jennifer later became a Senior Account Executive, responsible for global recruitment and utilizing CareerBuilder's technologies to match candidates with employers.

Jennifer's career then took their to VMware in 2017, where they held various roles. Jennifer started as a Contract Renewals Specialist, managing the renewal process for mid-level and public sector accounts. Their success in this role led to their becoming an SLED Sales Executive and later an Enterprise SLED/End User Computing Sales executive, responsible for driving the sales life-cycle of VMware's digital workspace solutions. Their territories included SLED/public sector accounts on the East Coast.

Most recently, Jennifer joined Armor Cybersecurity in 2022 as a Client Engagement Manager.

Jennifer Theise attended Augusta State University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science.
