Jessica Robicheaux

Jessica Robicheaux has extensive experience in marketing automation and email strategy. Jessica currently holds the position of Director of Marketing Automation and Email Strategy at CareerBuilder, starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Marketing Automation Manager at CareerBuilder from October 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining CareerBuilder, Jessica worked as a Senior Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist at Fierce Conversations, where they were responsible for Pardot administration and marketing operations. Jessica also created internal documentation, launched nurture campaigns, and supported marketing campaigns. Jessica held this role from March 2021 to October 2021.

Jessica also worked as a Marketing Demand Specialist at Fierce Conversations from December 2020 to March 2021. In addition, they worked as a Pardot Consultant at Argus Information and Advisory Services from September 2020 to December 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jessica served as a Pardot Specialist at ExxonMobil from June 2019 to May 2020. Jessica also worked as a Marketing Associate at Eiffel Trading from November 2018 to June 2019 and as a Marketing Communications Specialist at SMA Technologies from October 2015 to August 2018.

Jessica began their career as a Marketing Intern at Business Direct Marketing from August 2013 to December 2013.

Jessica Robicheaux obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communications from the University of Texas at Tyler, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Lone Star College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In June 2020, they became a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, and in January 2020, they earned the title of Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist. Most recently, in July 2021, Jessica obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification.
