Wendy Chang

Wendy Chang is currently the Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at CBC Group, the largest healthcare-dedicated investment firm in Asia. Prior to this role, they served as an Institute of HR Professional Certification Assessor at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). Wendy also held various senior HR positions at LaSalle Investment Management, where they were responsible for HR in the Asia Pacific region. Wendy has also worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at IDA International Pte Ltd, Assistant Vice President in the Talent Acquisition Group at DBS Bank, Vice President of Human Resources at Millennium Partners, Manager of HR & Recruiting at Allegro Development, and HR & Administrative Executive/Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Neopets.

Wendy Chang, an IHRP-Senior Professional, completed their Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree in Human Resource Consulting at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2000 to 2003. Wendy then pursued a Master's degree in Organisational Leadership at Monash University from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Wendy obtained several certifications, including Body Language for Leaders, Leading with Kindness and Strength, Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary), Introduction to Employee Relations, HR Leadership Program, and Institute of HR Professional - Senior Professional from renowned institutions such as LinkedIn and the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI).
