Jonas Romeo Bacani

Jonas Romeo Bacani has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the operations and business development sectors. Jonas Romeo most recently served as the Vice President of International Operations and Country Head at CBE Companies, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director for Operations at CBE Companies from March 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining CBE Companies, Bacani worked as the Director of Operations at iQor from August 2018 to March 2019. From September 2013 to February 2019, they served as the Business Development Director/Incorporator at Grupomano Creative Designs Incorporated, contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

Bacani also held the role of Director of Operations at Altisource Rental Homes from June 2014 to July 2018, overseeing the company's operations and ensuring efficient performance. Additionally, they gained experience as a Director at Teleperformance in 2012 and held positions as the Director for Operations and Senior Operations Manager at TeleTech from 2009 to 2012.

Jonas Romeo Bacani completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in MIS from AMA University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to this, they attended Don Bosco Technical Institute, Makati from 1991 to 1999 but did not pursue a degree or field of study.
