Linda Raney

Linda Raney is currently the HR Coordinator at CBEM LLC. Prior to their current position, they were a Senior Retail Recruiter at Cycle Gear Inc. from October 2014 to July 2019. There, they were responsible for managing posting of open positions on selected on-line and social media sites, conducting preliminary review of applicant resumes or employment applications, partnering with hiring managers and management to assess needs and develop sourcing strategies, maintaining a constant and steady focus on the local marketplaces to determine and develop effective recruiting strategies, monitoring a variety of metrics and producing weekly reports to reflect progress on open and filled requisitions, and managing, maintaining & developing Taleo ATS back-end system.

Before their time at Cycle Gear Inc., Linda was the Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator (contract) at Autodesk from May 2014 to October 2014. There, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple business units within the United States.

Linda started their career as a High-Volume Recruiter at Advantage Sales & Marketing from January 2010 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, hourly positions in the food/beverage/retail industry.

Linda Raney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from California State University, Fullerton.
