Adam Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Adam started their career as a Help Desk Associate at Great Florida Bank, providing IT support to headquarters and branches. In 2012, they worked as a Floor Lead at Varserv.

Adam Edwards obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Analysis and Management from Bellevue University, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2014 to 2019, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Scientific Analysis Technology. Adam began their education at Keiser University in 2004 and completed their studies there in 2007, receiving an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Networking and Security.
In addition to their formal education, Adam also obtained several certifications. Adam achieved the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2022. In 2019, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the United States Air Force. Adam earned the CompTIA Security+ certification in December 2007 from CompTIA. Finally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2022.
