Head Of Digital Product & Customer Experience at CBHS Health Fund Limited

Jason Stidworthy has a diverse and extensive work experience in various digital roles. Jason is currently the Head of Digital Product & Customer Experience at CBHS Health Fund Limited, where they lead a team of 50 and successfully delivered a digital transformation program, driving a customer-first approach. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Digital at CBHS Health Fund Limited, where they built and maintained digital products and platforms, including Salesforce CRM.

Before joining CBHS, Jason took a career sabbatical and traveled around Europe and Asia. Jason also served as the VP, Global Head of Digital at Tamaggo Enterprises, where they defined the go-to-market strategy for their worldwide digital ecosystem. Jason left due to business closure.

In addition, Jason worked as the Head of Online at IG, a global Trading & Investments Group, where they relaunched their digital strategy and platform, positively impacting acquisition and organic ranking targets across 20 countries. Jason also launched new country websites and a fully mobile-optimized platform.

Prior to IG, they were the Head of Digital, Group Marketing & Member Experience at The NRMA, where they wrote the digital strategy and delivered the first digital platform.

Earlier in their career, Jason held digital roles at BT, Skandia, and Challenger Limited.

Jason Stidworthy completed their Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning at FINSIA from 2003 to 2004. Jason then pursued their Masters of Business and Technology in Business & Technology at UNSW from 2007 to 2011.
