Frances Pawlak

Frances Pawlak, MCR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frances is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Corporate Business Interiors Inc. (CBI) since January 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at RedRock Security & Cabling, Inc. from October 2017 to October 2019. Frances also worked as a Business Development Manager for the West Region at Allsteel from April 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, they served as a Managing Director of Business Development for Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2015 to January 2016. Frances has an extensive background in business development and strategic initiatives, which they developed during their tenure as Director of Business Development at Herman Miller from September 2004 to March 2015. Frances has also held positions at Swinerton Builders and BKM Total Office where they contributed to business development efforts. Throughout their career, Frances has showcased their leadership skills and involvement in various professional organizations, such as CoreNet Global - Southern California Chapter and Junior Achievement of Southern California.

Frances Pawlak, MCR, obtained a Master of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global in 2020. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1990, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business.
