Ola Kuzniar

Ola Kuzniar is a Team Lead, HR Shared Services and Benefits Analyst at CBI Health, where she oversees and supports the day-to-day operations of group insurance benefits programs for 12,000 employees. She analyzes existing benefits and retirement programs, recommends improvements, and ensures data integrity in HRIS and benefits databases. Ola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
